At 5 Souls Eternal Publishing Group, we are dedicated to finding and publishing exciting new voices in literature. To ensure that your submission is properly reviewed, please follow our guidelines carefully.

How to Submit Your Manuscript

Email Your Submission: Send your manuscript and synopsis directly to our editorial team at submissions@5soulseternal.com for prompt consideration.

Email Subject Line: To help us track your submission, please use the following format:
[Book Title] – [Author Name]
(Example: The Eternal Journey – Jane Doe)

What to Include in Your Submission

Complete Manuscript: Attach your full manuscript as a single Word document (.doc/.docx) or PDF file. Please do not send separate files for each chapter.
Detailed Synopsis: Provide a one to two-page summary outlining your book’s plot, themes, and key characters.
Word Count: Specify the total word count of your manuscript.
Genre & Target Audience: Clearly define the genre of your book (e.g., fiction, non-fiction, fantasy, self-help) and its intended readership.
Author Bio & Contact Information: Include your full name, email, and phone number. If you would like your bio to appear on our Author Page Listings, please provide a brief author bio in the body of your email, highlighting any relevant background, writing experience, or previous publications.

Formatting Requirements

File Format: Submit all materials as a single Word document (.doc/.docx) or PDF file.
Font & Spacing: Manuscripts should be in 12pt Times New Roman, double-spaced, with standard 1-inch margins.
Single Document Rule: Keep all content in one file—do not send separate files for chapters or sections.

Submissions that do not follow these guidelines may be delayed or not considered.
Our editorial team carefully reviews each manuscript. Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for a response. If we are interested in moving forward, we will contact you directly.
Due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot provide individual feedback on declined manuscripts.
